The Jacobson Institute for Youth Entrepreneurship is a part of the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center at the University of Iowa. BizInnovator Startup is a key element in the Jacobson Institute’s initiative to promote entrepreneurship to youth.

The BizInnovator Startup curriculum introduces the concept of entrepreneurship, including identifying characteristics of the entrepreneur, evaluating opportunities, engaging in customer discovery, design thinking, feasibility, financing, and planning for success.
This curriculum is ideal for students who have a passion to pave new paths, create new things or solve problems. BizInnovator Startup provides students with a framework to apply these interests to
